General Information on Shipping – Returns

Outlined below are the Shipping – Returns policies for Pet Gates Plus More. The return policy is in line with the returns policy of our drop shipper Essential Pet Products. As their return policy and procedures change so will our return policy and procedures change. Shipping – Returns policies and procedures may change without notice. All customers are bound by our Shipping – Returns policies and procedures in effect at the time a purchase or return is made. Shipping Information:

We only ship to addresses within the United States. We do not ship items outside of the country.

Free Ground Shipping comes with some of the items within the Continental United States only. These items will have a Free Shipping icon on the product page. The majority of our products ships by UPS Ground. If the package is small enough it ships by USPS.

We have flat shipping rates based on the weight of the purchased items. Each flat rate is based on a range of weights.

Since we work with a drop shipper we do not actually ship the items ourselves. The drop shipper will ship it from one of several different warehouses scattered throughout the country. UPS determines shipping charges based on weight, package dimensions, and distance from the shipping point to the destination.

An email is sent once the order ships notifying you of the shipments. It includes the tracking number and the company handling the shipment.

Number of Days before shipped:

Listed below are the average number of days when an item will be shipped from the warehouse. Once shipped various factors determines the number of days it will take before it is delivered. Generally the majority of items arrives in 1 to 2 weeks after placement of an order.

  • Aquariums – Pumps – Filters – Heaters – Decorations – 7 days
  • Batteries – 1 day
  • Bird Cages – most 2 days, a few 7 days
  • Cat Furniture – most 2 days, a few 7 days
  • Cat Litter Boxes – 2 days
  • Pet Doors –  most 3 days, a few 1 day
  • Small Pet Products – most 2 days, a few either 4 days or 7 days
  • Chicken Houses – 4 days
  • Reptile Products – 7 days
  • Pet Barriers – 2 days
  • Pet Cargo Liners – 2 days
  • Rabbit Hutches and Pens – most 4 days, a few 2 days
  • Pet Carriers – half 2 days, the other half 7 days
  • Underground Fences, Wireless Fences, Wire, and Flags – 1 day
  • Pet Gates and Pet Gate Extensions – most 2 days, a few 5 days
  • Treadmills and Treadwheels – 2 to 3 days
  • Pet Seat Covers – 2 days
  • Dog – Pet Ramps – 2 days
  • Dog – Pet Car Seats – most 7 days, a few 2 days
  • Waste Disposal Items – 2 to 4 days


Refused / Return To Sender:

Refusal of an order delivery or sending the order back as return to sender will results in the following charges:

  • The original shipping fee
  • Cost of return shipping
  • A 10% restocking fee

Return Policy – What Qualifies:

How Do I Return an Item? If you need to return an item call us at 1-888-341-1711 or email Support@JasperAvenueShoppe.Com.  You can also send a message through the Contact Page. You need to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA). Returns without an RMA will incur a 10% restocking fee in addition to any fees indicated below.

Products are not eligible for a refund if they meet any of the following conditions:

  • Used Products
  • Display excessive wear
  • Dirty or have pet hair on them
  • Dog fence wire removed from the spool
  • Used dog fence flags
  • Other signs of prolonged

The following products due to health and sanitation issues, if used or opened are not eligible for refunds:

  • Spotty Training Place
  • Doggie Dooley products

Return Policy – How to Return Item:

Some of our products ships directly from the manufacturer. If your product ships directly from the manufacturer, we will provide you with the address for returning the product. If these items are shipped to us, we will charge you the cost of shipping the item(s) to the manufacturer. We may, at our option, refuse delivery.

Returns must be sent via a reputable shipping company such as UPS, USPS or FedEx. It must have a tracking number.

Include the Following Items with the Return:

  • Copy of the Original invoice or packing slip
  • Write your RMA number on the outside of the box
  • Send to the address we provided you

You should expect to receive your refund within two to three weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. However, in most cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return (5 to 10 business days). Also the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days). The time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). We’ll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed your return.

  • Snoozer – 30 Days / 10% Restocking Fee
  • Solvit – 30 Days / 12% Restocking Fee
  • Merry Pet Products – 30 Days / 20% Restocking Fee
    • Returns allowed only for damaged items or if an incorrectly shipped item.
    • Merry does not accept returns for personal preferences, IE: wrong size ordered, color, etc.
  • Richell Pet Gates – 30 Days / 20% Restocking Fee
  • PetsStop – 30 Days / 15% Restocking Fee
  • Cardinal Pet Gates:
    • 0-30 Days – No Restocking Fees
    • 31-60 – Days 15% Restocking Fee
    • 61+ Days – No Refund Available
  • PetZen – Dog Tread – 30 Days / 15% Restocking Fee
  • Big Shrimpy Dog Beds (Must be in Original Condition. “Original condition” means that the item still has the hang tags attached. It does not show any sign of use or damage by pets. This includes pet hair or any other sign of wear, use, or washing. Big Shrimpy reserves the right to make the final decision about whether a returned item is in its original condition.)
    • 0-30 Days – No Restocking Fee
    • 31-60 Days – 25% Restocking Fee
    • 61+ Days – No Refund Available

  • Prevue Pet Products – 30 Days / 20% Restocking Fee (Must be unused and in original packaging)
  • Kennels and Kennel Tops – 30 Days with 50% Restocking Fee
  • GoPet Treadmills & TreadWheels – 30 Days / 30% Restocking Fee
  • Pet Gear – 30 Days / 30% Restocking Fee New, unused items only
  • DogPacer Treadmills – 30 Days
  • Pet Clothing – No Refunds or Exchanges unless item is defective. Must be within 30 days.
  • Pet Dreams – 10 Days with $5.00 Restocking Fee
  • Crown Pet Products – 7 Days with 20% Restocking Fee for Non-Warranty issues
  • Pet Step – 30 Days with 15% Restocking Fee
  • Ideal Pet Products – 30 Days
  • Ware – 30 Days with 10% Restocking Fee
